- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to commence work.
- Completion: Final work is delivered within the agreed timeframe (4–12 weeks depending on scale).
- Cancellations: Commissions cannot be canceled once materials have been sourced and work has begun.
Ekemmiri reserves the right to decline commission requests that conflict with artistic or cultural values.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, content, and text presented on this website are the intellectual property of Ekemmiri unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Commissioned pieces may not be copied, resold, or modified without written consent. Ekemmiri retains the right to photograph and share commissioned works for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling. and are subject to change without notice. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, PayPal, or as otherwise specified in your invoice. Final payment is due before the delivery of any artwork.
Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of the commission.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and costs vary depending on location and scale of work. Ekemmiri will inform you of expected delivery dates, shipping fees, and handling requirements.
We are not responsible for damages or delays once an item has been dispatched, though we do ensure that all pieces are securely packaged and tracked.
